Drawing on many years of experience, Renee’s commercial acumen makes her a trusted advisor in large-scale property developments, acquisitions and disposals, business sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, and partnership structuring. She has also advised on corporate restructures of multinational and domestic companies, commercial transactional projects, joint venture agreements, and loan and finance agreements. Renee has extensive experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing and leasing transactions.

Renee also assists her clients with their estate planning needs, preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney, and assisting with Estate Administration including Probate and Letters of Administration to ensure client’s wishes can be carried out and mitigate the stress at difficult times in life as much as possible.
